Each guest receives a personal WhatsApp invitation with your names, date and venue, and two buttons: attending or not.

Questions hosts ask.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Invitations and replies happen on WhatsApp, and passes open in the phone's browser. Guests simply show their pass, or its QR code, at the door.
Can guests reply in Arabic?
Yes. Guests can tap a button or write their answer in Arabic or English; we understand both and reply in the guest's language.
What happens when a guest declines?
If you keep a backup list, the next guest is invited automatically, as long as their party fits within your capacity. You can follow every change on your dashboard.
How early should we start?
We recommend six to eight weeks before the event, so guests have time to reply and backups can be invited comfortably.
Can we send our own video or design?
Yes. Invitations can carry your names, date and venue, and can include a video invitation. We'll help you prepare the wording in both languages.
What if a guest arrives without their pass?
With Full service, our team at the door can find the guest on the list and welcome them personally.
Do you work outside Dubai?
We work with weddings and private events across the United Arab Emirates. Contact us for events elsewhere in the region.
